As of 15 January 2026, Connex has officially established an Advisory Board. This marks an important milestone in our journey from scale-up to a mature organisation, and one we are proud of.
At Connex, our ambition is clear: to make an impact and take ownership. The Advisory Board will support us in accelerating that ambition, with experience, perspective and constructive challenge.
The Advisory Board will act as a strategic sparring partner to our Board of Directors, helping us reflect, challenge assumptions and strengthen decision-making as we grow.
Welcoming our Advisory Board members
Jeroen de Haas (chair) Former CEO of Eneco. Jeroen currently serves as Operating Partner at APG Global Infrastructure. He is a member of the Supervisory Board at Kenter-Groendus, chair of the Supervisory Board at Kallista Energy and member of the Sustainable Future Board of NPM; He brings extensive leadership experience across the energy and infrastructure sectors, supported by a strong background of general management.
Rina Joosten Rabou Second time founder and CEO of Pera, a tech scale-up using AI to predict performance, retention and cultural fit for organizations. Rina has been active in AI governance initiatives, including AIC4NL and the GPAI Future of Work Council, and is a well-known speaker on AI, human capital and the future of work.
Ad van Schaik With a background in finance and broad management experience, Ad has worked across sectors including energy, industry, media and food. He is known for his pragmatic, results-driven style and expertise in leadership advisory and complex international projects.
